*be so grateful for dad, even though he is not around all the time appreciate him driving all the way from Bountiful to Layton three-five times a week to be your soccer coach
*You don't have to do things deep down inside you know are wrong, just to fit in, Whitney's friendship is more important then that
*Don't get on the horse with Brittany, I know you want to... ride a different horse some other time!
*Participate and pay more attention in seminary
*Pray more, read scriptures more, be grateful for what you have and being healthy
*Focus more on school, not boys
*Spend more time with your brother Nate, you won't regret it
*Don't go to Hawaii to be a nanny, stay home go to college, play and babysit Ryker more, go to his blessing, watch your brother Nate bless his little boy... Spend more time with Nate!
*Visit Grandma Merrill more, tell her how much you love her and appreciate her
